Refunds

We offer a subscription-based digital service to help users explore retirement and relocation options.
1. No Automatic Refunds
Due to the nature of our service - which delivers value instantly upon use - we are not able to offer automatic refunds for subscription payments.
2. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you have been charged in error, or did not receive the service as promised, please contact us at support@retire-map.com within 7 days of the charge.
We will review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair and reasonable.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Once cancelled:
- You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will occur unless you re-subscribe.
4. Specialist Engagement Subscription Credit (Individual plan users)
Eligible Individual plan users may receive a subscription credit after a verified paid engagement with a participating specialist partner.
- One credit per account per 12 months.
- Credit is issued after partner payment confirmation.
- Credit is capped at the current annual Individual plan value.
- Credits are not automatic and are subject to eligibility checks.
