These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Retire-Map. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Who We Are

Retire-Map is operated by BML Strategy Ltd (United Kingdom), trading as Retire-Map.

2. Service Scope

Retire-Map provides planning tools, calculators, guides, and specialist/partner introduction workflows to support retirement and relocation research.

Retire-Map is an informational and planning platform. It does not provide financial, legal, immigration, tax, healthcare, or investment advice.

3. No Professional Advice

You remain responsible for your decisions. You should seek advice from qualified professionals before acting on retirement, relocation, legal, tax, or investment matters.

Use of Retire-Map does not create an adviser-client, legal, fiduciary, or regulated advisory relationship with Retire-Map.

4. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and access security.
• You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
• We may suspend or restrict access where needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

5. Data You Submit

You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of data you submit. If you submit data about another person, you confirm you have the necessary permission and legal basis to do so.

Where you request specialist introductions, contact details are only shared according to your explicit consent choices.

6. Privacy, Cookies, and Marketing Consent

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

• Optional analytics and marketing tracking is consent-based and can be changed anytime in Privacy & Cookie Preferences.
• Newsletter and partner co-marketing communications are opt-in and can be withdrawn.
• We do not share your details with partners for their marketing unless you explicitly opt in.

7. Partner and Specialist Introductions

Retire-Map may facilitate introductions to specialists or partners. Retire-Map does not guarantee outcomes, pricing, service levels, availability, suitability, or regulatory status of third-party providers.

Any agreement between you and a third-party specialist or partner is solely between those parties.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features are offered under the subscription plan presented at checkout. Billing is handled by third-party payment providers (for example Stripe), and your use is also subject to those providers' terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the platform. This includes unlawful activity, security testing without permission, scraping beyond permitted access, fraud, abuse, or interference with service operation.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, and materials are owned by Retire-Map/BML Strategy Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except as permitted by law or with written permission.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retire-Map is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or losses arising from reliance on informational outputs, third-party services, or user-submitted data quality.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
